RecommendedI do not recommend Ashley as your case worker! Her customer service is lacking to say the least. My husband is five days late being paid because of her and she's yet to have a full conversation with him. The walls we've run into trying to correct this situation have been: the phones go straight to voicemail and nobody returns his calls, she's out to lunch, she'll have to call him back, or she leaves early for the day. I'm not sure how she is able to work with recruitments or still has a job if this is the way she handles bus... read more
