I've completed my onboarding process with the company of Adecco. Was contacted by Soraida Franco-Pilgreen Certified Senior Recruiter, on Monday April 1st, to start my new assignment on Tuesday morning of April 2nd. First of all, I cannot say enough about Soraida Franco what an amazing compassionate person in an employment search. She found my resume Tuesday, I had a phone interview Wednesday and then a face to face on Thursday. She was in constant communication before and after each interview and such cheerleader! I got a call Friday morning that I was hired if I wanted the position WOW WHAT A WEEK!!!!!! Thank you again Soraida you are the best!!!!!
Great people, kind and helpful.
They don't listen when you tell them what your looking for. Bad communication needs better management. They take to long to respond back to you keeping you updated about the position your going for it takes 2-3 weeks to a month before you can get started anywhere with them. I would go through pridestaff, spherion, Or Kelly services, or manpower
