Suzanne will scream in your face and call you bad names. She will hide HR information from you. She will let harassment slide because the other employee was there for years. She will harass you with un needed text messages during your shift. Do not work here. They have bathroom lists and refuse to let you go for an hour or two at times and so many wrong osha things inside the plant. Letting people not wear safety’s. Letting people consistently text while chairs are moving. A very hostile work environment created by Suzanne.
My girlfriend works at miller knoll through them and she has been consistently being harassed. Suzanne decided to say to her to grow up and if she cant de with it to find another job. Unprofessional and Suzanne should be fired!!!! Whats even more unprofessional is telling someone they are fine to leave because they may pass out from heat exhaustion and then the next day getting mad they left after you told them its fine.
Never awnser the phone so I go down there only to see it by appointment only...If your hours are posted online then you need to be there..Call to BBB should change that
