I have applied many times with this agency through Indeed.com and received an automated message by text to set up an interview. I have set up approximately six of these with the interview times being in CST and sometimes EST. The automated system would sometimes reschedule my interview. All of these times NO ONE CALLED ME FOR MY PHONE INTERVIEW EVEN AFTER I CALLED THE LOCAL OFFICE TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT.
