I drove all the way to Phx from mesa just to be told that I needed to fill out an application online and to come back in an hour. Instead of going back that day I filled out the app and went back the next day. It's easy to be grateful for a job "in this economy" that starts @ $20 an hour and a permanent offer after less than three months. All for showing up early and having regular attendance? The reality is part time/on call/nights/weekends for minimum wage, showing up only to be sent home WITHOUT pay is the more likely new reality. I'm highly qualified and I can't get a single consideration for any job and the Adecco staff cops out by saying "you don't match the required skill set".
