I have nothing but heart things to say about addecco of Janesville. They found me a great job in less than 2 weeks. The staff was very helpful and friendly! I worked with Marie Heldt, and she was nothing but incredible from day 1. She took me through all the steps and the process from start to finish, and found me a job that fit all my needs, and that was tailored to my strengths. Didn't even give me a chance ive showed up on time never late following rules doing new jobs not what they trained me on and still terminated no explanation just said you can't come back because of speed on the job. Honestly speed on the job takes time for everyone so I feel like that is a lie. They just treat temps terrible and my whole life this has been going on I can never find a career because of people like this never give someone a fair chance at making good money for their family.
