I worked for ADEC as a house manager and a Q-Tech for 2 years. I loved my job, I loved my clients and I loved my co-workers. I left because my boss was unfair and hateful to me and other staff. As a company ADEC is awesome and do right by the clients they serve. If I had a family member with disabilities I would want them with ADEC.
its ok i am still new to adec to i am still getting used to it
I worked for Adec for a year and I LOVED the people I worked for and loved what I did but the staff and the organization is terrible you get punished for doing what's right and they treat you like dirt if your not high on the ladder
