As of yet, my only experience is with the office staff on the phone. I am not impressed. The first time, the woman answered the phone and made a huge sigh like it was an inconvenience she had to pick up- then she had me confirm all my personal information for her to tell me no she don’t have my referral. The second time, was an okay experience nothing bad or noteworthy.
