The caretaker I have had since starting with Addus Home Health has been excellent …I appreciate all that he does always very caring and works hard….Thank you for providing great Home Health Care.
I experienced the same thing, no one returned my calls, I'd drive to the office, it was locked. I finally got ahold of the corporate office in Rockford, I recently left 5 messages and have yet to revieve a call back! The worst place of a employment officer I've ever had to deal with! I made a big mistake of letting a family member that asked if she could work for me for 2 months while her other client was in physical rehad I agreed bc it was only 2 months!! Tried to work here as a caregiver did orientation everything and the person that was supposed to contact me to set up my client schedule never called me and when I have a call every week to check in if they had any clients for me, she got an attitude with me and yelled at me and then I just never got a callback after wasting my time plus never getting paid for orientation like I was supposed to. Whatever on to bigger and better things. I’ve heard such bad things about this company now so I’m glad it didn’t work out!
