I experienced the same thing, no one returned my calls, I'd drive to the office, it was locked. I finally got ahold of the corporate office in Rockford, I recently left 5 messages and have yet to revieve a call back! The worst place of a employment officer I've ever had to deal with! Tried to work here as a caregiver did orientation everything and the person that was supposed to contact me to set up my client schedule never called me and when I have a call every week to check in if they had any clients for me, she got an attitude with me and yelled at me and then I just never got a callback after wasting my time plus never getting paid for orientation like I was supposed to. Whatever on to bigger and better things. I’ve heard such bad things about this company now so I’m glad it didn’t work out!

When the caregivers were here they did a wonderful job. The problem was they were late or never showed up. I would call the sterling office constantly have to leave a message and most of the time I never got a call back from anyone. 20 hours a week for my mom I went weeks, months getting 10 to maybe 16 hours if I was lucky.
