I have worked for the company for over a year now. I care so much for the clients but unfortunately the employers in the offices and above do not care as much about the people that need help as much as they care about the time sheets being correct. Addus HC stepped up and provided me with an avenue to take care of my brother last Summer, at a time that the current plan for his care failed. I was left to take over his care when unforeseen circumstances took my cg/pca away. I was in a the middle of health issues that were threatening his life and I had no cg/pca to help. I wish I could put 0 stars cuz this place doesn't know how to control their employees and the employees dont even know how to clean or treat people . They should not even be in the caregiver business. One of the employees was allowed to physically hit my mother in front of the manager . Due to a meeting they were giving notice about 10 mins before in the clients home . Terrible company altogether!!!!!
