Great place to work. Flexible. However, the office and support staff have been shook up a lot lately with a lot of people gone permanently (sometimes more than half of the staff) and new people rotating in and out of positions with little explanation. Compassionate care.

Addus Home Care is a great place to work. The office staff in Libby Montana are very helpful, friendly and supportive. Their always willing to help and support you in any way possible.

I don't know where to begin but I will start with the fact that when I needed a Job Addus Home Care was there. There are a few good coordinators that work in the offices of Addus and they help at all cost. I can't close this without making mention that one of the most important parts of working for Addus is that you need to get involved with your union because helping to make decisions is very important and helpful not only for the caregivers but also for the clients.

I work at the Libby Addus for two years and all of the service coordinators are knowledgeable of their job and the jobs of the caregivers and always have time for their caregivers and and they listen to their caregivers if they have an issue.
