My father is a veteran and has needed contanstant supervision for the last few months and doesn't meet the circumstances needed for nursing homes in our area so I've had to stay home with him, we just got off the phone with a woman named Vivian and she was more helpful in 5 minutes then the state in 4 months. Thank you for all your help.
Very disappointed with this company there's no loyalty,customer service,and lacking in office communication skills with employees and the clients as well Whene challenges are not met its very frustrating to do life purpose of help for the elderly and the people with disabilities. *pay people there worth. *ethics,compassion,integrity,character very important.
Highly NOT recommended
I was discriminated against while working through Addus, filed an ethics complaint which did nothing, HR doesn't respect you when they don't respond to you. Not a decent place to work, or have a loved one through here for care as they ignored when I reached out my concerns upon my mother's death. Addus only cares about having their pockets lined by patients $$ they do not care about them as a human beign/individual.
Need to make sure the people in the branches know what they are doing.
