Not a good company to work for, pays are constantly short. Not just for me but for other staff members. The scheduler sucks such as “oh I’m sorry I forgot to tell you” The policies they have the agency doesn’t even follow. (Contract or not) Such as attendance in my case. They claim you get holiday pay but then when I asked I was told no (no time and an half) but other staff members were able to get holiday pay. This company abandons clients without notice and has discriminative motives when you bring it to their attention that their scheduled caretaker fails to show up for clients. There's an excuse for everything. Kelly in management in the Perry Ohio branch is manipulative, a liar, and should be fired for the way she treats employees addressing their concerns. smh
