The tech showed up on time and immediately left a good impression. He was courteous, following the covid guidelines and promptly started working with an understanding of my issue. He resolved the issue with my electrical switches in a timely manner, and even had time to install my range hood above my stove within the agreed upon time frame. Would highly recommend this company.
I am not a customer nor would I be, there are a lot of companies that do electrical work. This one had a truck obstructing my driveway. I called they said the guy was with the truck go talk to him. I did he wasn’t. The were offered a reasonable time to correct this and did not. If you can’t exhibit a modicum of courtesy in the area you work. I certainly would not trust you to work for me. The way you behave speaks volumes.
