This company has been really flexable and understandable about trying to make my personal and work life enjoyable and being able to communicate with them. I enjoy working for this company, and the managers are excellent.

I have just retired from Addo home care. It's bitter sweet. I'm proud to have worked for Addo home care. I respect the owner Pat ,she is serious about the care that the clients received which always made me proud to work for Addo. I was treated well and with respect. Pat is the best boss I've had in my many years of working in home care. Thank you Pat/ Addo home care

My dealings with Addo have been very problematic and stressful. I feel like I'm treated disrespectfully by everyone there, even though I am always respectful toward them. Also they pull no call/no show at least once a week. The caregiving is so poor it is hardly helpful.

Addo home care is a horrible company! The owner Pat sends me horrible girls that don't want to work or that complain about their lives and their husbands or pours mounds of baby powder in my bed right in front of a fan so I'm breathing in nothing but talcum powder that could cause severe lung damage. This last girl she sent me Gloria, put my aquarium supplies in my dishwasher without my knowledge or consent. So soap residue got into my tank and killed all my fish.
