Haven't even ridden the bike yet, there are NO SET-UP instructions and Customer Service is uncooperative. It took 2 months for my bike to arrive but they said it takes time to create a set-up video, something doesn't track. After several frustrating conversations with customer service where I used all of my patients they wanted me to pay return shipping and a costly restocking few. The agent declined to have anyone else talk with me about our concerns. Definitely feela very scammy.
Good bike, the worst customer service ever. Kids are running the customer service. If I didn’t like the bikes, I would never recommend this company.
Amazing experience! The staff is extremely helpful and professional! Honest and very informative staff to assist you! Plus they offer test drives!! I highly recommend the test drive to the nearby park with the staff member to get a true sense of the off roading and residential capabilities of their ebikes! Their staff member, Cain, is very informative, helpful, and friendly! Went above and beyond for a wonderful experience!
Addmotor has the worst website for parts in the industry. Simple part like headlight are not on the website. Your customer want click and buy .the problem is giving Addmotor a horrible reputation i notice many people on line complaining. Sell the parts on Amazon if you have to .this problem with parts has gone on for years .there a large amount of money to be made in parts a pay back will come quickly.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Be aware do not purchase a bike from them they cannot provide you with a simple part to keep it going. I have a bike with 500mi on it and they have discontinued the controller after a couple years and will not help with anything. They told me to throw the bike out because it’s worthless. DON’t BUY FROM THEM!!
