Amazing experience! The staff is extremely helpful and professional! Honest and very informative staff to assist you! Plus they offer test drives!! I highly recommend the test drive to the nearby park with the staff member to get a true sense of the off roading and residential capabilities of their ebikes! Their staff member, Cain, is very informative, helpful, and friendly! Went above and beyond for a wonderful experience!
Addmotor has the worst website for parts in the industry. Simple part like headlight are not on the website. Your customer want click and buy .the problem is giving Addmotor a horrible reputation i notice many people on line complaining. Sell the parts on Amazon if you have to .this problem with parts has gone on for years .there a large amount of money to be made in parts a pay back will come quickly.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Be aware do not purchase a bike from them they cannot provide you with a simple part to keep it going. I have a bike with 500mi on it and they have discontinued the controller after a couple years and will not help with anything. They told me to throw the bike out because it’s worthless. DON’t BUY FROM THEM!!
I just purchased my second Tryke. The first purchase was the M-340 which I totally fell in love with, however the front tire kept spinning out every time from a parked position so I decided to buy the Grantan M-81 which has the motor in the back. I’m happy to say I no longer have that issue. There are a couple of things I’d like to point out with the new Tryke. The directions say to affix the front light above the front fender.
