I scheduled an appointment with this dental provider 6 weeks in advance. The week of the appointment I called ahead to see if I can fill out any paperwork ahead of time, that's when I found out from the receptionist they aren't even open the day they scheduled. Apparently they use some sort of 3rd party service for scheduling appointments that they blamed for the mishap, yet no one from the office ever bothered to contact me to get it corrected.
