You have no idea, but one day I will write extensively about it on a much larger forum. But just a little bit of advice. Don't let people push you around people. Don't accept the rhetoric that might come your way from people that don't want to honor their commitments, from people who don't want you to know your rights, and certainly aren't going to inform you of them. I had a tooth extracted on 9/26. Was in excruciating pain that whole weekend. Called emergency number no one responded. So that is useless. Went back into office on 9/29. Saw a different dentist who stated I do not have a dry socket and everything was fine. Barely examined me. I stayed in excruciating pain for seven days. On 10/3 I went to a different dentist for a second opinion. I in fact did have a dry socket. I scheduled an appointment with this dental provider 6 weeks in advance. The week of the appointment I called ahead to see if I can fill out any paperwork ahead of time, that's when I found out from the receptionist they aren't even open the day they scheduled. Apparently they use some sort of 3rd party service for scheduling appointments that they blamed for the mishap, yet no one from the office ever bothered to contact me to get it corrected.
