Great staff, Dr. BURDICK is the best!!
I Called 2 days ago. My Belgin Maliois had become very sick. The phone rang an I was immediately put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up an called back I was immediately put back on hold with no greeting back to the waiting music waited about another 10 minutes. Treated my cat well.
I'm sorry but I don't care for this place, can never get my dogs in when I need to get them in, it's always the same answer, we can see them next week, well that doesn't work for me, we've been here for a year it seems like they would get more help or something especially since they are always so busy they can't see my dogs till next week, !! Anyway, so if any one knows a good vet that actually cares about your pets please let me know where. Called a couple in Jasper, but of course no answer goes to voicemail.
