DO NOT SHOP HERE – ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE! If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter purchased her Deb dress from Addison Rose on August 10, 2024, for a Debutante Ball scheduled on March 15, 2025—plenty of time, right? Wrong. As of February 22, 2025 (more than six months later and just three weeks before the event), the dress was still not available. Worst customer service experience. Bullied into buying the dress on the day - paid the full amount up front. It was 9 months prior to the Deb. 2 months prior contacted the shop to enquire about delivery date. Was told it would be there 4 weeks from Deb date. Called 4 weeks before Deb. Phone not answered, messages and emails not responded to., dms not answered. Tried to blame supplier. Called supplier direct. It was not a supplier issue. Very stressful experience. Received the dress 12 days before Deb. WORST experience ever.... read more
