They have been managing my commerical property since 2017 . Their service is now so terrible. Wont return my calls . Maintenance issues i approved more than one month ago , was not done . I called back to see if they got a tradie to fix it . Its not done . If you have any commerical property take it somewhere else to manage . Traralgon. . They do not care about helping us they just want their management feee . Their staff keep changing . Looks like no one can work there for long .
I’ve been a landlord with Addison Real Estate in Traralgon for 16 years, but the service has declined sharply in recent years. In 2024–25, routine inspections were missed and not properly documented and I was not advised about the state of the property. Rented a beautiful property for three years, Debbie was amazing to deal with. Any repairs were dealt with promptly and always there to assist. Karan was also a delight, one call and any issue was resolved. I could not speak more highly of Addison, thank you guys for making my time with you all a pleasure
I have been renting with Addison RE for almost 10 years and have never had any issues. Debbie and the other ladies are all very nice and friendly. When I’ve needed to make requests for repairs they were dealt with no hesitations.
Not one good thing to say about this Real Estate Agency. From the first inspection, the racist property manager openly claimed the agency doesn't accept any tenants of Indian descent because of the curry stench left in the house. A complaint was not accepted for these comments. There is no communication between the agency and tenants with regards to repairs or painting the outside of the house and are terrible in returning any emails or phone calls.
