this is the worst experience i have EVER had in an apartment complex. when you request maintenance, they come over and do their work half-hearted so it ends up becoming a problem in another two weeks. they cheat people out of their money by making up false accusations and verbally degrading people over the phone. they do not care about their tenants, nor do they attempt to make it a healthful living envrionment. at least for my complex, the building often smelled especially when the heat and air conditioning ran. we had to c... read more

so many nice changes- new owners spent a ton of money to make the place great and you can tell!
Shiloh Place does not pay there bills. Therefore I dont feel they are a very reputable company. We currently have had to take them to small claims court for unpaid bills.Aqua Care Pool Service, Inc.
I am very happy with my apartment at north park. When I ask for something it gets done pretty quick. Parking is ample and the area is safe! They gave me a nice student discount when i moved in too!
