Excellent location, friendly staff, maintenance is spot on!
Terrible administration service, the processes too slow so that in the end they tell you that they do not approve the apartment, they also charge you a non-refundable deposit. I feel that it is a business that they do with people they charge 300-400 dollars non-refundable, delay in the processes and errors in documents for the application and in the end they tell you that you do not comply for unjustifiable reasons. I don't recommend applying in this place.
