Been going here since day 1, got my nails done by Annie recently but went to get my fill in 3 weeks later because my nails started to crack. The youngest girl did my nails and she didn’t secure the cracks. Instead she just did the fill ins and the designs. I didn’t really like how she done the designs, loved how Annie done them but okay. But 2 nails broke already and it’s only been a week and it’s the same nails that cracked. Currently looking for a new salon.

Addison Nails exceeded expectations compared to the previous nail spa I’ve been to.Technician Bamboo was professional, understanding, friendly, and patient. Despite the hidden location, the experience was top-notch. Highly recommend! Will definitely make it my regular. I love my pedicure.

Customer Service has gone down hill. The owner Annie is rude. She uses the same gloves on every client. They don’t have many color options to choose from. The establishment is filthy! Spiderwebs are visibly everywhere! They have sheets on the pedicure chairs that never get changed or washed. Also, they have a new “rule” to pay before receiving service. Take your money somewhere else that honors good customer service and loyalty clients.
