Personal , efficient and brilliant at what they and very reasonably priced . We have used them on several occasions over the years . They take time and care even with the small jobs. Our recent experience was fantastic . Chris sourced a bespoke kitchen tap for our low pressure water system. In his absence for a holiday , Emma got us booked in and the boss came and fitted it beautifully. Thankyou!
An absolutely outstanding service over 15 years. Outstanding all round service in particular call out service (when boiler has been on lockout)they arrived every single time within the hour, to yearly service, to amazing customer service. We had a problem with our gas boiler. I called Addison & Lans on the Wednesday afternoon and they called the next day at lunchtime. They quickly found that our 20 year old Potterton Suprima boiler had a faulty Gas Valve. They immediately called around and found a replacement Gas Valve. 24 hours later they visited us and fitted the part. Our boiler is now running better and quieter than it's done for years. The two guys did a fantastic job and didn't make any mess in our new kitchen. Well done Addison & Lans.
Great service. central heating never worked properly for 5 years and Addison Lans fixed it and it now works perfectly. Various other jobs sorted for myself and neighbours. would definitely recommend them
