I am currently in dispute with Addison Landscaping, for a courtyard project. Run don't walk if you see this company company. Here's a list of grievances I have. 1. Selected August 1 and the project launch date. The crew showed up and demo'd the entire courtyard. They did not return until August 7. 2. There was no communication from Addison as to why there were delays until I reached out and his response was that the week was crazy. 3. The project included large poured slabs of concrete. Pavers installed at my property are loose and causing a fall hazard. Job cost was $30,000+. I called Addison for an estimate on repairing a job done by their company. They came to look at the work twice. No estimate given and have not heard back.

This job was completed over 3 years ago. The client called as the pavers have settled in due to normal wear and tear. She wanted us to repair for free however the warranty has been expired for some time now.
It's been two weeks and counting since the scheduled completion date. Calls have been directed to voice mail and emails were responded to with at best 5-7 words in one sentence. Three guys came by yesterday stating that they were sent by Addison to complete laying the artificial turf. After showing them the backyard I went inside the house. Before I knew it, they were gone with the roll of turf. I emailed and phoned Addison and all he said was "I'm on it".
