Do not go to this builder, I have given them a deposit 5%, My finance didnt come through and they are now trying to give me a bill. I also gave the person in the emiddle who introdced me to this boulder money aswell. I heared that they are closing down and they do not pay any of their bills. I will be pusuing this legally and just tried to ring them and tehy are not intetesred to pick my phone. All they want is your money. Such a good company to deal with. Was impressed with their inclusions and their range in the colour selection. Custom changes were easy to make without any hidden costs. The staff and owner were friendly when dealing with them and the whole experience with them was great! I’d highly recommend Addison Homes especially in the current industry of volume builders who are not really looking after their clients.
After dealing with a very difficult builder, I can wholeheartedly say that Addison Homes has changed the way I look at builders. 1 year in our new build and still as obsessed as the day we moved in. The team were kind, cooperative and reassuring. We loved the process from start to end and it was the best first build experience. Looking to build again in the next 5 years and excited to work with the team again.
