I came in when it was a very confusing time for the facility as well as myself after being in ICU and I now have learned to love this place. The physical therapy is top notch in my opinion hands down. Thank you so much Addison Heights
Smells horrible the moment you walk in the door. Rooms are dirty and depressing looking. Very overpriced for how it is.
1. When I have to tell someone to replace an empty oxygen tank! 2. When I come in and have to clean stains from a room, and go get toilet paper for a room, that's just been "cleaned." 3. Some of the Aides are rude to us as well as to paitents. Things are improving since new management has taken over, but there's still a long way to go.
