Just moved in on the 28th of Sept. I’d like to start by putting a few crappy reviews to rest. It’s a large complex first of all so the expectations certain people have a little wild in my opinion. In any apt complex you could assume weird smells stains on the floor because people are just plain gross. Overall the smell is fine minus people’s illegal habits, but what can I do about that? The company has been emailing me to leave a review for god knows how long. Here it is. Living here with my dog Nera was great until I had a neighbor that took me to court over my dog barking. A few months later my dog was poisoned and she deteriorated so fast and died yesterday. This has been the worst nightmare unimaginable happen to me. Several animal service calls to my apartment even when I was home to report my dog barking. When animal service came I was home dog not barking. Issue later resolved in court. Pros: I have been living here for about 5 months now. The property itself is quiet (which is a must) and management is really responsive and helpful (Christina, Steven and Samantha). I live in a 1 bedroom unit and the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom are spacious, however the closet is really small. Cons: Unfortunately I am currently dealing with a pest problem in my unit (I am on the 2nd floor), that is requiring pest control to spray every week, and I have seen roaches near the parking garage elevators. I’ve been living at Addison Grove for about 10 months and its been such a positive experience. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting all the staff and they’re all wonderful! Christina Reed is absolutely phenomenal! Christina toured me for my apartment and assisted me with my lease. She is a bundle of joy! It’s so impressive she remembers my name every time I visit the office! Steve is excellent! He helped me with the leasing deals at the time and made sure I received my benefits when I moved in!
