I’ve been living here since November 2025, and I’ll start with the positives: the apartments themselves are very good. The construction quality is solid, and the location is excellent right in the center of the city. But the management is another story. One of the main reasons I chose this place was the EV charging stations. I drive a Tesla, so this was a real selling point. The problem is that the chargers haven’t worked since the day I moved in. As a long-term resident of Addison Grove Apartments, I’ve always had positive experiences with the staff and management team. Mario has been a great addition to the maintenance team, providing timely communication and quick resolution to maintenance requests. Overall, it’s a safe, friendly community to call home.
I have lived here for two years now, and one of the main reasons we chose this complex was the luxury apartment design, amenities, and most importantly, the location. As a nurse working nearby, convenience was very important to me. The maintenance team has been great, and the new manager has also been wonderful.
