I lived here a year on the top floor by the pool. I really enjoyed living here. Thankfully most of my neighbors were quiet except for the kids that would run in the halls and I didn’t have to hear anyone above me. All of the issues that arose with my unit were fixed quickly. Moved into Addison Grove 3 months ago. The front desk crew has been nothing but AMAZING always greeting me with a warm welcome and a few jokes to make my day! The units here are great and all the amenities. It’s so peaceful in a nice neighborhood and occasionally the apartments does hold some pretty cool events. All appliances are up to date beautiful hardwood floors which I love. The maintenance was quick and respectful when I granted entry while I was at work and got a swift response once he was finished. Used to be my home! Now they just collect parking fees — like the monthly fee isn’t enough. I’ve lived here for two years and my car was never towed until today. I’m livid.
A SIGN FROM GOD! Avoid Addison Grove at all costs. I applied here and paid the application and admin fees — only to have my application denied without a proper explanation. I never signed a lease, never moved in, and was still treated like I owed them something. When I called their office to ask for a refund, I was completely ignored. Not only were they unhelpful, but also dismissive and rude. Since they refused to return the fees, I had no choice but to dispute the charge through my bank — and I won.
