Friend applied to these apts. He got denied but wasnt refunded anything, I can see keeping the application fee, but to take $250 and deny someone is ridiculous.
Just moved in recently. So the leasing staff are all genuinely kind, and not in a sales way but in “people person” kind of way. Moved in and my dryer wasn’t working and they made it a same day priority to give me a new one before I started my work week after moving all weekend, so I appreciated that a ton. (The property itself does need to invest more in maintaining hallways and throughout the building) However it’s still way nicer and newer than most apartments in the area.
