Didn’t like the lease and everything else has to be done on computer. I liked the personal side of communication with a live person.
We absolutely love Ms.tylisha. She is always helpful and kind to our wild boys. Mr.Don the maintenance man always comes out when something is wrong. No matter the time if our ac acts up he shows up. He always has a great attitude no matter the time or how hot it is outside.
I toured the building and was very impressed by the professionalism amongst the staff and the quality of the apartment and community. However, the actual move-in process has been terrible. I was moved into a dirty unit and left to stay the night in a hotel at my own expense. No other units were available for move-in, and I was promised all necessary cleaning and maintenance concerns would be taken care of. 2 weeks later now, and it has been a constant back and forth between leasing and maintenance, and yet all the issues hav... read more
