I am currently and have been looking for a building to start my business in. I literally called for weeks, email, and even dialed other extensions to the other ppl who works with this company still no answer well I got one she was rude and said that if I didn’t get an answer he would call me back, the next person I got took my name and cell to give to the guy who is over the building I wanted and he would call me the next day or the day after. We’ve been at our current property for several years now and wanted to rent out the office space next door. Addison Commercial took over the property management and it’s all gone down hill from there. We hesitantly signed a new 3 year lease on our property and the property next door and once the lease was signed they stopped caring about us. Haven’t had working toilets, ac, or electrical in our new office for 3 months now. They stopped the lawn service as well and everything is getting overgrown. Duke Addison and the staff at Addison Commercial Real Estate have been managing commercial single and multi tenant properties for our companies since 2005. Duke and Kari do a great job of handling all of the business matters, tenant relations and accounting services needed to manage multiple properties.Their sales team also handles all of our leasing requirements.
