We were among the first in the region to see the value of a freshly roasted bean, and we are still deeply committed to freshness and quality. We have been roasting the Dallas area's finest coffees since 1984 when, as Coffee & Tea Trading Co, we set up our first roaster in the window of our store in the old Prestonwood Mall.
