We were among the first in the region to see the value of a freshly roasted bean, and we are still deeply committed to freshness and quality. We have been roasting the Dallas area's finest coffees since 1984 when, as Coffee & Tea Trading Co, we set up our first roaster in the window of our store in the old Prestonwood Mall. A little concerned: we have been ordering coffee for several years. It has been great.. We love the coffee. However,in The last 4 to 6 months, we have ordered the same flavors and not so great anymore!! All the flavors that we have loved in the past,All appear to have a fragrant sweet raunchy smell: the beans, when brewed, and the grounds.
