Not only is it impossible to find parking, but I just went to wear a pair of paints I had dry cleaned and they have creases down the front and back after I asked more than one for no creases in my chinos. Won’t be going back, one and done.
We dropped off 3 very nice coats, 2 blazers, and a sweater I was going to wear for Christmas Eve. We dropped them on a Monday for pickup on Saturday. Saturday came and our clothes weren’t there! They dropped off partial order Saturday night at our home and no Christmas Eve Sweater!!!! I’m so disappointed and will not use this cleaners again. Praying I get my remaining items back!
We have been going here for over a decade. They never screw anything up and they even found a belt to a dress that I didn't realize they had lost two years ago. Love this place. Tried some others but had problems. Very reliable.
