Had exhaust work done on my car, they did a good job as well as offered good customer service.
I made an appointment to bring in a church members handicap Access van. After 1-1/2" days they never even looked at it. Never called me. I always had to call them to get status. The excuses were"we don't have the lift available to look at your van. We don't have the right tools to do it. Sorry. Totally wasted my time.
My car went in for a Turbo replacement- Brody was very professional and kind, educating me on the cause of the replacement. While working on it they found a crack in my radiator and called to discuss before moving forward. My car was in a wreck a few months back and he offered at pick up to fix a small part of my bumper at just the cost of parts to attach it properly. As a woman in a mechanic shop I did not feel as though I was being taken advantage of. Thank you to the service team. My car is running just like new.
Came through fixing our Tahoe. Went in with a leaking brake line which they repaired. They did a comprehensive overview of what the Tahoe needed and even sent pictures. The technicians were all very nice.
Extremely knowledgeable with expert service. The only mechanic I would take my car to. Quality work with an affordable price. Thank you guys.
