We broke down just outside of town. Our water pump went out. AAA towed us to Master AutoTech and we are so thankful. 24hrs later we were back on the road to enjoy the rest of our road trip!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!! -the McGuires
This place has OUTSTANDING customer service and are very efficient. They fixed my Subaru same day after another mechanic scammed me by leaving the broken AC belt (pic) on after I paid to have the entire AC compressor and unit replaced just weeks ago. They charged me $200 less than the scammer mechanic was going to charge to fix their own mistake. Will be bringing my cars here from now on.
The staff were extremely kind and accommodating in my time of need. Our AC went out on a road trip and Twin Falls was not in the plan but they were able to get me in right away, get it checked out and in turn get a part and have it fixed the very next morning so we could get back on the road. They even brought me back and forth to the hotel we ended up at.
The technicians here are the best. I was recently traveling by twin falls on my way to Alabama for family related reasons when the recently purchased KIA that I was driving seized up just a few miles down the road. I called AAA for a tow and was taken to this repair shop, these fine technicians knew what was wrong before they even ran any tests. They did a couple of quick tests to be positive and sure enough the engine had seized, they explained to me that this was an inherent problem with these cars of this particular year ... read more
