Came in to assist me in trying to figure out my slow battery drain. I had stated specifically that something in my truck was causing my batteries (yes, multiple), to go bad. They stated they would do a parasitic drain test to help find what was causing my problem. After two days, they tried to tell me it was my battery that needed to be replaced. I called to get my headlight fixed I got a butchered headlight job done previously but they fixed it right up and were perfect communicaters. They checked the whole car and made sure everything was good and gave me the option of declining or approving different services. Ended up fixing something else same day and I got my vehicle that evening they were even kind enough to wait an extra few minutes after closing so I could pay and pick it up. Yes i had the worst experience with master auto.Tech came in with a cylinder, 5 misfire. They said that they did diagnostic. And with straight for it, A Compression test. Comes to find out. It was a bad spark plug. Should have been diagnosed that in the diagnostic. So I just had to spend $623. I want a spark plug. Right after having to go get a cremation which already broke the bank? I will never take my car back to this company. Let alone any other companies.
We broke down just outside of town. Our water pump went out. AAA towed us to Master AutoTech and we are so thankful. 24hrs later we were back on the road to enjoy the rest of our road trip!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!! -the McGuires
