Love this company!
Our son has been receiving ABA services from ABR for about a year and a half, and has progressed a lot! His team cares very deeply about him and it shows. He loves his BIs and coordinator (Kristen). Kristen has been extremely helpful to my husband and me in prepping for our son's IEP and other evaluations as well. ABR has been great to work with. Sometimes scheduling is challenging, but I get it - it's a lot to coordinate. They really try to work with your family's schedule, which is tough! We're very happy with ABR.

This company is horrible. The company does not communicate with each other. They don’t bother to inform the parent regarding scheduling changes or cancellations. They scheduled BL without my authorization when I had only requested to work with one therapist only. Elise never answered my text nor bother to give a call regarding questions that I had.
