Having not heard anything back from you after multiple voice messages, face book messages, and postings, I am amazed that you would maintain such a anti-customer posture. A simple call back to update us on when you would be able to address our issue would have taken a maximum of 60 seconds but customer service does not appear to be a priority for you.
