I came in looking for help with my strut. The mechanic was able to remove the clamp that was stuck on from my" do it your self "attempt to compress it. The mechanic got it apart. The mechanic made a strong attempt to compress it, the type of strut requires a different kind of press than what they have. Apparently, most shops don't have it. They did what they could for me. I think I'll send them some future work whenever I need it. He didn't charge me for the help.
