very bad experience not honest guys in this store dont go to fix the cars they will charge you extra money for nothing and your time gona be wasted.
I had my car towed here after it broke down on I-90. Jim was very honest about what my car needed and was able to get it running quickly. He really helped me out of what could have been a bad situation.
I came here on a friend’s recommendation—he said this place was more affordable. I don’t know who that man was, but he asked me how much I paid for this service elsewhere. When I asked him how much it costs here, he didn’t give me an answer. I told him I had paid $75 before, and after the job was done, he charged me exactly $75. If I had said $200, would he have charged me that instead? It felt dishonest. For $75, I’d rather go somewhere else where they offer free diagnostics and treat customers with more respect.
Jim and his crew are the best in chi town. I wouldn't go to anyone else
