A great place for Addison residents to work out. It’s only a $10 fee for life, which pays for your member card - can’t beat that. Got a cardio, strength, a basketball court, pool, sauna. Everything is clean and they underwent a renovation a few years back. Took off a star due to no squat rack/smith machine(their strength stuff is mostly limited to pulley machines) and rather limited hours(they are only open 1-6 Sundays and close at 8 Fri and Sat…).

Some rudeness and people disregarding rules of bringing kids under 16 into the workout areas and hogging machines by using their cell phones and talking loudly. I wish the staff would be more proactive in enforcing the rules .
You know people should really think how they treat and talk to people before they do so. I’m kind of new to this gym and I know they close at 10pm. One night I came a little late and was leaving and little later than normal, but was leaving before 10pm. There were still other people in there at the time, but I felt targeted.
