Initially, I loved my apartment but after multiple leaks, under the sink pipes in kitchen, water tank broke, leak in bathroom ceiling, leaks from air conditioner unit & poor drainage, I had to deal with constant black mold issues. Moved out after 6 years, only to be billed for almost $8K to pay for new floors & to reseal & paint the walls! Now have to pay a lawyer to fight this!! Stay clear of this development.
