Maintenence team is always great! They come on time and they do the best they can to fix everything right away.
I lived at these apartments from 2019-2020 when Kushner Realty owned it. It was fantastic. We had no problems at all. The maintenance was great and so were the appliances including the in-unit w/d. I just read up why there are so many 1 starred reviews. It’s because a slumlord company, Colony Hills Capitol, has bought the property in 2023 from KRE; which is Kushner Realty, one of the best. Thank goodness I don’t live in this current slum anymore.

The AC in my one-bedroom apartment has been broken for nearly two weeks, leaving my home uncomfortably hot, and despite over 10 calls to the emergency maintenance line, management has provided no response or repairs. The property’s polished appearance hides their neglect, as they’ve ignored my pleas while I’m stuck paying over $300 in utility bills, including a delivery charge, for a barely livable space. This lack of accountability and poor service is unacceptable, and I caution others to consider this before renting here.
We had a wonderful experience living at Addison at Princeton Meadows! The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and offers everything you’d hope for in a home. The management team has always been responsive and supportive. A special thank you to Sarah and Joy for making our stay even better — they were always approachable, quick to help with any questions, and ensured everything went smoothly during our move-out process. Highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!
