Ken experienced and unbelievable dedication to solve a tenant ongoing issue stands out. My sink had problems for months, and I could not believed the almost 10h dedication and hard work that Ken service provided in order to fix my clogged sink. As it turned out because of my neighbors clogged sinks, my sink will not drained. And therefore Ken fix all my neighbors sinks at the same time while servicing mine.. Thank you Ken, you did an amazing job !
