Brought in a stole with several reference pictures for what I wanted embroidered on it. Prices were outrageous, but nobody else had immediate availability. Almost everything had to be digitized, including a Louisiana state outline. You would think a shop IN LOUISIANA could embroider the state outline with no effort, but whatever. Everything was digitized well except for the state outline, which supposedly couldn't be improved. Called trying to get information on the different types of apparel guy on the phone would not say his name, was very dry when speaking to me I ended the call letting him know that I felt he was not interested in helping me. Very rude and unprofessional
The staff is very warm and friendly. There are great items in the store. Great little tucked away gem.
