At the store I ask the attendant if chargers were in the box, he said cables were in there. Me assuming our adapters were going to work, not knowing the cables had been changed to USB-C connectors. He was more interested in the next sale rather accommodating my concerns. They have so much business they are not concerned with these details. I will go online for the accessories. Just a disappointing experience. I will shop at the perimeter store next time. My choice!
During my recent visit to Apple, I had an unpleasant experience with customer service. It was a busy day, and I noticed that most employees were occupied.
