My front bumper is great. High quality. Sets my Bronco apart from the crowd
Terrible Customer Service!! Ordered front and back Honey Badger bumpers with all the lights. Lights did not come with any wiring. When I called to ask, Sam said it was the customers responsibility to know which lights come with wiring and which don't. When I asked why there was not mention of this when ordering online, he replied very condescendingly that he would let the IT department know. He was a complete ass the entire time. Sam was really helpful. I actually ordered a bumper from a reseller. It came with the wrong light bracket and was no returnable. Sam helped me get an order placed for what I needed. They could have price gouged me, but they didn’t. They were very fair. I will absolutely be ordering direct next time.
Was in there and had the worse experience ever Scott was the worse. Went in with my cousin and Scott racially profiled my family, with comments he didn't think we heard but we did. Take your business some where else. I was told this place was the place to go but it clearly is not.
