It's bad here now...WRHA took it over a couple years ago and it's gone to crap after that.....Showers don't work, tolits don't work and are filled with stuff and won't flush and smell for days because there is no maintenance in the building anymore....so much suff is out of service now....You can't leave for self help meetings at night anymore and no weekend passes anymore..Also no workout equipment...Thanks WRHA for help ruin what used to be a ok rehab facility.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO CLEAN UP YOUR LIFE, MY FAMILY IS LOOKING INTO LEGAL ACTION DUE TO THE NURSES/DOCTORS NOT ABIDING BY THE PHIA. THEY ARE DISCLOSING TEST RESULTS TO CFS AGENCIES WHEN THE PROGRAM WAS PUT IN PLACE FOR PEOPLE TO RECEIVE HELP. ITS NOT SAFE TO REACH OUT FOR HELP HERE, THEY DO NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES OR ACTIONS.
I did with them a phone assesment during covid-19 and it was basically 5 to 10 minute questioning!!! They are not real counselling organization as they pride themselves to be and I don't know why MPI demands we go through them??? Very bad!!!
Did counselling with them, not clear or deep enough.
Trying reaching the place . What a shameful shameful system.
