My son almost died due to their lack of caring and total disregard of what treatment really is, they talk down to you and you can hear the judgement pouring from their voices... if your going to treat people then you need to care
I was referred here for treatment by the Talbert House, big mistake! The staff here are highly incompetent and will lie to you. I was told by the staff that everything was voluntary and I could leave at any time, total lie. My counselor, Erica Swain, was one of the most ineffectual, incompetent, and egotistical therapists I've ever had, and that's saying something. Called them about an issue just to be put on hold and hung up on terrible service all so when I attended we literally just watched a movie about an alcoholic terrible treatment as well
