They allowed someone who does not know how to properly wash or silk press hair do my hair and play in my hair. I gave out my money for free, I was in disbelief which is why I did not speak up.

Terrible, long, drawn-out communication for a few basic requests. I should have read all of these negative reviews before wasting 4 days of my time. I’m glad I’m not out my money. I was about to spend up to $1000 on products and services.
