The people giving bad reviews are forgetting this is a free service and are acting like this should be the Same treatment that Brad Pitt can get in Hollywood. Listen I was an alcoholic for 15 years. I gave up control over myself and self admitted to this location. They got me clean , 5 days. I’m now 1 year sober for the first time in my life. And it’s 100 percent cause of going here. The nursing staff are amazing and the accommodations are so much better than any other place I’ve experienced.

Pointless program that’s not in touch with the needs of some clients or personality types, especially if the person is experiencing a mental health issue where there’s fears of other professionals due to a negative previous experience in their early life. They use a one size fits all approach and that simply does not work. I wish there were better options available (coming from a concerned family)

Hello, I had an idea. You guys should have a website link where it keeps live track (or updates every intake/discharge) of how many clients are currently at detox so people can just check online instead of going all the way there if room is available.

Most of the staff are nice, but some are completely awful. This one nurse named Darrell was rude to me for 3 days. He acts like he's better than everyone, and he caused me to leave because of how mean he was to me. In my first experience with him, I told him that the cleaning crew had swept away something important to me and his reaction was "welp it's probably in the garbage" and all I could do was go back to my room feeling completely defeated.
