The receptionist answered once and said shed call back but never has. Impossible to speak to anyone or leave a message. There isn't much help because there's a waiting list up to a year. What are people suppose to do when there waiting. No wonder people continue to relapse. There's no hope

Honestly staff and nurses were great. Programs ands the panels awesome. I had a very hard time with sleep though kept complaining about the snoring got about 3-5 hours of sleep each night woke up just angry . Food was what you expected bland. You guys need netflix for films or something it's 2025.

I would like to remind this facility and Alberta Health Services that smoking weed is a mind altering drug - used to be so before it become legal. When someone states they are addicted and wanting to withdraw should be one of concern and taking seriously - not deleted off their file. Releasing people onto the street with no place to go should be illegal and is not a solution to the huge homeless issue in Alberta nor dealing with someone drug issue since they will just go back and relapse especially. I am extremely appreciative of the support from ARC. If you need to detox, come here. If you’ve never had this experience before, here are some tips from a fellow first-timer. They can only accommodate so many patients a day; there are only so many beds, so you might have to try again the following day. During intake, be honest about your alcohol or drug use.
