The main doctor doesn't give a damn about anybody. Doesn't care about u as a person or what ur going through. This is JUST A JOB to him and ur just another person. When someone decides to take the necessary steps to being sober they need and want to know they have support and in my opinion, this begins with a GOOD DOCTOR. Absolutely healthy non-toxic caring and supportive environment for someone who wants help and is willing to make some changes and follow instructions...
