This place is a joke, my family member has been coming here for over a year and has never once met the doctor. Office is only open a couple hours a day so can’t reach them when a problem arises such as the pharmacy doesn’t have meds and won’t get them in from back order for over a month. Now he’s without meds until the office is open again and will more than likely relapse. But they are right there to take the 280dl payment. Wish I could give a zero star.
They are never in the office its already open a couple days a week for a couple of hours. They have been rude to me from day 1 since I came in. Sends my meds to whatever pharmacy they want. After I told them were to send it.
They are one of the very best, that of my experience within over the past 12 years... I've seen plenty all over the tri-state area and they truly go over an beyond to make sure you are for sure taken care of, they always make it their business to insure that your issues, or problems Are met and that you are always truly are in some of the very best, and most caring of good hands.
I have been going here since 2017 and i love it Kathy and Mandy have always been awesome and I actually feel like I’m apart of a family that I would never want to let down…. They are proud of me and I am proud of me to know it… I truly feel I prolly wouldn’t be where I am today if I was going to another doctors office…
