Whilst I purchased what I needed, I felt the Store Manager adopted a somewhat condescending communication style. I don’t think he is aware of it but I felt it as soon as I interacted with him. No one is above anyone else (in my view). There is no need for superiority. Something to consider…

Got a fiio 3.5mm to usb-c dac dongle here. The staff kept one for me, service was quick and easy. Only meh was there isn't enough parking nearby - guess it's the RPA hospital 2 blocks down the road and it's Newtown.
Bought a Fii0 DM13 on pre order. It took a while but I was kept informed the whole way. What a great little unit. Easy set up and excellent sound quality. Can now play CDs in my car! So much better quality sound than Spotify. Great product and great service. Thanks guys.
