I went here with zero knowledge of what I wanted or needed and I was patiently educated and guided to where I wanted to go. I tried multiple iems over and over and the bloke who served me just waited and tried his best to help me find what was best for me. Couldn't be happier!
Bought Focal and Grado headphones from here years ago now. I can confirm I bought the best price still today.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought a brand new Perlisten R8s subwoofer and just used for 2 days I found the sub has a serious problem - it automatically turn off while playing music and it's repeated issue. I sent many emails with video and photos to proof that the sub is faulty and asked to return and refund. However they refused. Both product and after service are not acceptable. You can't treat people in this way. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
