I had high expectations when visiting addicted to audio, especially after saving up to purchase a specific item. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I hoped for. Upon entering, I felt that the staff made generalizations about me based on my appearance, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I purchased a pair of Q Acoustics Concept 50. One of them arrived in a non-functional condition. Addicted To Audio was quite good about sending a courier out, collecting the damaged speaker, and sending me a new one. Much appreciated.
Five star seller. My Q Acoustics speakers were delivered so quickly. The sales team made me feel comfortable from every step. Tracking was precise and I was able to meet the delivery driver at the stated time frame. I would highly recommend Addicted to audio for all your HiFi needs. Great prices. Excellent joint for high end stuff! However, if you're planning to get a pair of the Dynaudio XEO 30, DON'T!!! You'll be wasting your money. XEO 30 is a great sounding pair but still uses 2.4GHz to wirelessly connect master and slave speakers. Hence, this connection is always interfered by anything from wifi to bluetooth that still operates on the same frequency.
I've made several purchases here as I love music, especially 5.1 surround and Dolby Atmos spatial audio. Unfortunately though, last time I was here the Asian guy behind the counter who served me was uninterested in having a conversation about Atmos & DAC incompatiblity and was surprisingly rude, so I won't be buying a single thing from this business ever again. I'll take my money elsewhere.
