Good deals, however customer response not very good or helpful. They also sent the wrong item in the correct packaging so would be checking carefully what you get. This bodes concerns as whether the item was a second or re-packaged product. They said it wasn`t. Who knows? Only the guys in their warehouses know the full truth! N:B - Item was bought online.
It was a lovely afternoon few days ago when i visited this shop without any expectations but ended up feels like a warm hangout. Lawson are very kind to provide headphones bliss, learning further understanding sound preference and taste. It's a must visit for anyone who loves music and sounds!
I purchased an IEM from them. Unfortunately, it had a manufacturing defect, so after a few uses I had to send it back. Customer service was very helpful and kept me informed about every step of the process. When it turned out that the product was no longer available, they managed to find a demo unit for me and sent that instead. Thank you for your excellent support, thank you Trent for your help. I highly recommend the store, and I will definitely buy my next IEM from them as well.
Terrible customer service. Bought a set of thieaudio hype 4 IEMs. When they arrived I tried them on and they didn’t fit in my ears. The IEM body is just too big for my ears. Emailed the store and they said they don’t accept change of mind returns. I explained that this wasn’t change of mind, that they physically don’t fit in my ears and they said no sorry once they’ve been taken out of the box they won’t accept them back. Excellent after sales service. I decided to purchase a technics sl1200m7b turntable online as an upgrade to my old Stanton unit. After buying a new cartridge I couldn’t get any sound running it through the old stereo/amp unit (25 year old pioneer system). Alan Tan walked me through the need for better amplification and a unit more suitable. I’ve now purchased a technics amp with Dali bookshelf speakers and love the result.
