Decided to take the plunge with a new hifi system. Booked a meeting with Alan who spent the time to talk through my requirements and suggested a number of components,speakers, amp, cd & turntable which he demonstrated for me several times. I was impressed by the professionalism of the team which left me with the impression that the store's motto is "the customer is the most important person".
